Our customer focussed mission is to be Caring Experts. We use this phrase as a compass to guide everything we do. Customer service is an intangible thing. It’s more about attitude and culture than anything else. Our Caring Experts initiative helps to clarify to all of us here at ServiceMaster Clean who we want to be to our customer and to each other. If we’re considering how to do something we ask ourselves “What would a Caring Expert do?”.
We’ve always strived to deliver the very best we can. Our vision was to create a company that delivered world class customer service. We’re still on a journey with achieving that vision. Our award-winning Caring Experts initiative will continue to help keep us focused on how to do that.
