Emergency clean after a blocked drain, having never used them before I was really impressed with the service from Service Master Torquay. I found the office staff and the technicians at Service Master, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When the technician arrived at my house they were courteous, friendly and went the extra mile by doing a little more than I had expected which was great. Also, my carpets looked amazing and like new again. Their level of customer service and professionalism is very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending Service Master to anyone.
